The Lakeland Public Library recently hosted a three-day adult sewing series that attracted numerous participants. Throughout the event, attendees worked on several projects, gaining hands-on experience with sewing machines and various fabric types. The curriculum included skills such as pinning, threading machines, changing presser feet, cutting materials, and installing zippers. Participants also explored different sewing notions.

The library encourages those interested in sewing to keep an eye on their calendar for future opportunities.
