The City of Lakeland has announced the winners of its Fifth Annual Halloween Costume Contest. The contest recognized outstanding costumes in three categories: Youth, Adult, and Group. The first-place winners in each category have been selected based on votes from the community.

City officials expressed gratitude to all participants for their photo submissions and for taking part in the voting process. They encouraged everyone to join in again next year for another round of creative costumes. For more information about future events, residents can visit the City of Lakeland’s official website.
